The standard fee for a chapter 13 case is $1,800.  The reason it is so much higher than chapter 7 fees is because of the larger amount of work required of the attorneys in a chapter 13 and additionally because we could be involved in your case for 5 years off and on.  But unlike chapter 7 attorney fees, these do not need to be paid all up front and by law are provided for out of the plan over time during your case and after filing.  (The minute we are paid any funds as your attorney the creditors by law must immediately cease telephoning the debtor.) Whether you live in Lynnwood, Everett, Bellevue, Seattle or Edmonds- we have sufficient attorney staff to provide you with highly experienced and personal legal care in your bankruptcy filing.

Please call us if you have any concerns about fees.
