We charge $1100-1500.00 depending on your case. (for chapter 13 fees click here ) Although we can not file your case until all the fees are paid there is a serious risk in taking actions prior to filing your case without the advice of an attorney.   (The minute we are paid any funds as your attorney the creditors by law must immediately cease telephoning the debtor.)

Our fees are based upon our experience, expertise, and knowledge of bankruptcy. The way we view it is that you get what you pay for: many attorneys just out of law school charge only slightly less than we do.

Our fees are only 15-25% higher than the young lawyers who intentionally charge low, just to gain experience and pay the bills in their new business ventures; which they hope will survive and grow into a law practice.
